Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Management & Field Service Delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for EP customer service requests — logging and managing cases from initiation to resolution to ensure timely and effective support

New EP Product Launch Support
- Play a key role in the launch of new Electrophysiology products — managing their installation, providing initial technical support, and training customers to ensure successful clinical adoption
- Support new EP system introductions across the MEA region — working closely with the commercial franchise and J&J product teams to deliver seamless customer launch experiences

Logistics, Administration & Contract Management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- University / Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering (REQUIRED)
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of related field service experience in MedTech, medical devices, or biomedical equipment (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated experience with Electrophysiology systems — 3D cardiac mapping systems, RF generators, and associated diagnostic equipment — strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–70% within the Middle East and Africa region as required by the role
