Position Overview
This Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator role in Dubai involves coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for food and non-food categories. You will manage purchase requisitions and vendor documentation, monitor demand forecasts and inventory planning, coordinate with vendors and 3PL partners, conduct warehouse and inventory audits, and support compliance with Saudi import regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories
- Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution
Inventory Planning & Warehouse Audits
- Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory
- Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes
Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review
- Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination
- Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, food distribution, or a closely related sector
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal (IRS); knowledge of Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes is a plus
- Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders
- Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills

- Clear written and verbal English communication
