Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to lead inspection operations, quality assurance activities, and compliance programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee inspection teams, establish quality control standards, manage regulatory inspections, and ensure products, equipment, facilities, and operational processes meet organizational, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Inspection Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement inspection strategies, governance frameworks, quality control policies, and compliance standards
- Establish inspection schedules, testing protocols, acceptance criteria, sampling plans, and corrective action processes
Inspection Operations & Compliance
- Lead inspection activities for products, equipment, facilities, construction projects, and manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, quality management systems, and safety requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, HSE, and Executive Leadership
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, customers, and third-party inspection agencies
Quality Audits & Root Cause Analysis
- Conduct quality audits, site inspections, supplier inspections, and compliance assessments
- Investigate quality issues, inspection failures, and non-conformities through root cause analysis and CAPA programs
Digital Transformation & Reporting
- Drive digital transformation through inspection management systems, AI-enabled quality analytics, and workflow automation
- Prepare inspection reports, quality dashboards, audit summaries, and executive presentations
- Lead, mentor, and develop inspectors, quality engineers, and quality control specialists
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree or certifications such as CQM, CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or PMP are highly advantageous
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or construction
- At least 2 years of experience managing inspection teams or quality assurance programs preferred
- Strong understanding of inspection methodologies, QMS, auditing, CAPA, and root cause analysis
Essential Skills
- Experience with QMS platforms, ERP systems, inspection management software, and Power BI
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility for on-site inspections
