Position Overview
This International Logistics Manager role involves managing B2C logistics and fulfillment across the UAE, USA and Europe, leading and developing a distributed logistics team, managing courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, overseeing inventory and WMS processes, coordinating procurement and supplier relationships, monitoring logistics KPIs and implementing improvements, and collaborating with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
B2C Logistics & Order Fulfillment
- Manage international B2C logistics and order fulfillment across the UAE, USA and Europe
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a distributed logistics team, set priorities and ensure strong execution and accountability
Partner & Supplier Management
- Manage courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, including pricing and service levels
- Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships, including pricing, terms and delivery schedules
Inventory & Systems Management
- Oversee inventory, stock availability, warehouse processes and the WMS (currently Unleashed)
KPI Monitoring & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze operational data and implement improvements to cost, delivery time and efficiency
- Work closely with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues and improve customer fulfillment
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or related operations
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Experience managing logistics coordinators, specialists or other skilled operations professionals
- Hands-on experience with international B2C fulfillment
- Experience working with international courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar
- Practical experience with inventory management and WMS or ERP systems
- Experience with procurement and supplier management
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational KPIs
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Professional English at minimum B2 level
