- Manage asset check-in/check-out processes rigorously — maintaining full accountability for all tools, test equipment, and components that leave and return to the facility during field operations and external testing activities
- Ensure full traceability of all components utilized during deployments and operations — documenting consumption, damage, loss, and return of all tracked items to maintain complete and auditable asset records throughout the operational cycle
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate closely with procurement teams to forecast material requirements accurately and initiate replenishment activities at the right time — balancing minimum stock requirements, lead time buffers, and budget constraints across all inventory categories
- Monitor supplier lead times proactively — identifying potential material shortages before they impact engineering schedules and escalating supply risks with sufficient advance notice for effective mitigation

Configuration Management & Traceability

- Support configuration management by ensuring physical inventory is continuously aligned with approved engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs) — identifying and resolving discrepancies between engineering documentation and actual stock holdings
- Track part revision levels, engineering change order impacts, and approved equivalent substitutions — maintaining configuration-accurate inventory that supports engineering teams in always using the correct, approved component version
ERP Data Management & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to record all inventory movements, consumption events, and stock level changes — ensuring the system is updated in real time and serves as the single source of truth for all inventory data across the engineering organization

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
