Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Manage servers, hosting environments, domains, DNS records, email systems, and all company devices
- Maintain secure and reliable backup systems, user access controls, and system uptime across all platforms
- Manage network security including firewalls, VPNs, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system health, respond to IT incidents, and proactively prevent security vulnerabilities across infrastructure
CRM & Business Systems Management
- Manage and continuously optimize CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and operational team workflows
- Build intelligent sales, marketing, and operational automations within CRM systems to improve team efficiency
- Maintain high data quality, generate actionable reports, and manage system integrations across business tools
- Ensure CRM platforms are properly connected to other business systems through reliable API and webhook integrations
AI Workflows & Business Automation
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and intelligent automations that reduce manual work and scale business operations
- Integrate business systems using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms

Websites, Data & Analytics
- Support company websites, landing pages, CMS platforms, and web analytics tools to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and scalability — identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations
- Support web scraping, data enrichment activities, and WordPress or CMS management as needed by the business
Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technology operations in a business environment
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and the ability to build complex workflow automations within them
