  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and warehouse performance reports — ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs shared with stakeholders

WMS System Management & Inventory Accuracy

  • Manage and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) data integrity — ensuring all inventory transactions, location records, and system configurations are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor inventory accuracy across the warehouse — investigating discrepancies, supporting cycle count programs, and driving root cause analysis for inventory variances
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to resolve WMS system issues, data discrepancies, and inventory accuracy concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of WMS features and workflows — identifying system improvement opportunities that enhance warehouse efficiency and data quality

Inbound, Outbound & Transportation Flow Analysis

  • Analyse inbound and outbound freight flows — tracking shipment volumes, carrier performance, dock scheduling efficiency, and on-time delivery rates across the distribution network
  • Support dock scheduling coordination — using data to optimise appointment scheduling, reduce wait times, and improve inbound and outbound throughput efficiency
  • Monitor transportation cost and carrier performance data — identifying opportunities to improve freight efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service level compliance
  • Prepare freight and transportation performance reports for logistics management — providing data-driven insights that support carrier negotiations and network optimisation decisions

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify operational inefficiencies across warehouse and logistics processes — proposing and supporting data-driven process improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve throughput

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements
