Position Overview

This Manager Production role at Ranfas Nuburger Food is designed for a results-driven food manufacturing professional who thrives in a high-pressure, 24/7 airport operation. You will plan and oversee daily production schedules aligned with airport passenger flow and airline catering demand, lead multi-shift kitchen teams, enforce ADAFSA and HACCP food safety compliance, monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and use remote tools to coordinate operations seamlessly from off-site when needed. Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Plan and oversee daily production schedules aligned with airport passenger flow and airline catering demand
  • Use remote tools to monitor floor operations, approve schedules, and communicate with on-site supervisors from off-site
  • Track production KPIs including waste percentages, output per labor hour, and equipment downtime
  • Prepare production reports, cost analysis documents, and operational improvement plans for senior management

Team Leadership & Shift Management

  • Lead, train, and schedule production staff across multiple shifts ensuring 24/7 operational coverage without gaps
  • Manage a hybrid team of on-site kitchen staff and remote coordinators with clear communication and accountability
  • Conduct regular performance audits of team members and provide coaching and development support
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues swiftly and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize production downtime

Food Safety & ADAFSA Compliance

  • Enforce strict food safety standards in compliance with ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority) and airport regulations
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve HACCP plans and ISO 22000 food safety management systems
  • Conduct regular hygiene, equipment, and food safety audits across all production areas
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations and airport-specific operational requirements at all times

Inventory & Procurement Coordination

  • Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies to maintain continuous operations
  • Coordinate with procurement teams proactively to avoid material shortages that could impact production output
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality materials meeting food safety specifications
  • Optimize inventory management to reduce waste and control production costs effectively

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Food Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in food safety management or production planning are a strong advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 5–7 years of production management experience in food manufacturing, QSR, or airline catering environments
  • Proven experience managing hybrid teams with both on-site and remote coordination responsibilities
  • Strong track record of working in fast-paced, high-volume food production or catering operations

Technical Skills & Certifications

  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and UAE food safety regulations including ADAFSA standards
