Position Overview
This NOC Engineer role prepares, submits, and follows up on NOC applications with relevant authorities including Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, TRAKHEES, Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DU. You will track approval status and proactively resolve queries raised by authorities to avoid project delays, coordinate with internal design and project management teams to ensure submission packages meet requirements, maintain strong relationships with government and utility stakeholders, stay current with regulatory changes, maintain accurate submission records, and support project teams with authority-related risk identification.

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications with relevant authorities including DM, DDA, DEWA, TRAKHEES, Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DU

- Coordinate closely with internal design, engineering, and project management teams

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai, specifically within a consultancy environment
- Proven hands-on experience obtaining NOC approvals from RTA, DM, DDA, DEWA, TRAKHEES, Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DU
- Strong background in NOC submissions, approvals processes, and stakeholder coordination for roads and infrastructure projects
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
