Position Overview

 Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & SAP
- Process and complete customer orders independently
- Enter and maintain orders in the SAP system
- Monitor order status from purchase to final delivery
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate delivery dates and goods availability
- Work with logistics, warehouse, sales and other internal teams
- Prepare and check order and shipping documents
Customer & Partner Communication
- Handle delivery deviations, customer queries and complaints
- Stay in contact with customers and logistics partners
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in order processing, logistics, dispatch planning or sales support (Vertriebsinnendienst)
- Good SAP knowledge, ideally in SD/MM modules
- Understanding of logistics processes and goods flows
- Good German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Structured, reliable and service-minded working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork across departments
