Material Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation
- Source and evaluate packaging materials, suppliers, and new packaging technologies to identify the best solutions for the company’s product portfolio

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure packaging compatibility and operational efficiency across all product lines
- Manage multiple packaging development projects simultaneously — balancing timelines, quality requirements, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Communicate packaging development progress, trial results, and specification updates clearly to relevant teams and management stakeholders
- Support new product launches and line extensions by delivering timely, compliant, and high-quality packaging solutions that meet brief requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a directly related technical field
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in packaging development within FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience within bakery, confectionery, snacks, or food production environments is highly preferred for this role
- Good understanding of packaging materials, printing, labelling, and food-grade packaging standards applicable to food manufacturing
