- Oversee all product quality assurance activities across hatchery and integrated poultry operations in Muscat
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and quality standards across all production functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and quality management system frameworks
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the entire organization
Hatchery Operations Assessment & Biosecurity
- Assess hatchery operations to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and full adherence to biosecurity and quality standards
- Monitor hatchery performance indicators and identify deviations from quality benchmarks for immediate corrective action
- Evaluate biosecurity protocols across hatchery and poultry production areas to prevent contamination and disease risk
- Collaborate with hatchery management teams to strengthen quality systems and optimize hatching outcomes and chick quality
Operational Audits & Risk Management
- Plan and conduct comprehensive operational audits across all departments to evaluate compliance with company policies and quality requirements
- Identify operational risks, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities and recommend targeted corrective actions
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure audit findings are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a structured audit schedule and ensure full documentation of findings, actions, and follow-up outcomes
Reporting, Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare professional audit reports, quality performance summaries, and executive recommendations for senior management review
- Present quality findings and strategic improvement recommendations clearly and confidently to executive leadership

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or a closely related field
- Additional qualifications in quality management, food safety, or agricultural science are a significant advantage
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- Proven and extensive experience in product quality assurance within the poultry industry — this is a mandatory requirement
- Mandatory hands-on experience working in poultry production, hatcheries, or integrated poultry operations environments
- Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing quality assurance programs in a poultry or agricultural production context
