Position Overview
This Production Analyst role is responsible for daily controlling the direct cost of products and ensuring compliance with target cost, implementing control charts to monitor direct costs, and providing detailed analysis of yield and losses across production lines. You will ensure bills of materials align with processes, analyze BOM deviations, verify inventory accuracy, prepare anomaly reports for abnormal losses, assist R&D with new process and product implementation, and propose productivity improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
Cost Control & Monitoring
- Daily control the direct cost of products and assure compliance with the target cost
- Implement control charts necessary to monitor direct product costs
- Ensure proper cost rating per line and correct UEP index
Yield, Loss & BOM Analysis
- Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, and each line’s impact on overall results
- Assure that bills of materials are in accordance with the processes
- Analyze BOM deviation results and support corrective actions
- Prepare anomaly reports for abnormal losses
Inventory & Production Performance
- Assure that stocks are correct through inventory verification
- Analyze production performance and propose projects to increase productivity
- Control production line productivity and propose improvement projects
- Define production line capacities
- Implement improvements to reduce stoppages
R&D Support & Sustainability
- Assist the R&D team in implementing new processes and products on the production line
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines
- Ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan and global ESG commitments through daily routines
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
