Position Overview
This Quality Controller role performs incoming quality inspection of raw materials, packing materials, and chemicals, conducts in-process quality inspections during production, and inspects finished goods before dispatch. You will monitor production for adherence to specifications, ensure hygiene and sanitation standards, verify GMP and safety compliance, conduct routine line inspections, maintain accurate QC records, and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for reported non-conformances.

Key Responsibilities
Inspection Across the Production Cycle
- Perform incoming quality inspection of raw materials, packing materials, and chemicals
- Conduct in-process quality inspections during production
- Inspect finished goods before dispatch to ensure compliance with company quality standards
Production Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to approved specifications and procedures
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained in production and warehouse areas
- Verify compliance with GMP, hygiene protocols, and safety procedures
- Ensure production processes comply with ISO standards and the company’s Quality Management System
Line Inspection & Issue Resolution
- Conduct routine line inspections and identify quality-related issues
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality concerns promptly
- Monitor product appearance, sealing quality, batch coding, labeling, weight, fragrance, and moisture level
Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Assist during internal and external quality audits
- Report non-conformances and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and quality management systems
