Position Overview
The Robotics Instructor (Researcher & Trainer) role in Dubai is a genuinely rare opportunity that bridges the gap between professional robotics engineering and impactful technical education. You will spend part of your time pushing the boundaries of what robotics can do inside a technology company — researching, building, and validating robotic systems in the real world. And you will spend the other part of your time bringing that expertise into the classroom — training the next generation of robotics engineers, coders, and STEM innovators in Dubai.
This is a role for someone who is equally at home programming an ESP32 firmware stack and presenting a STEM workshop to students. If you believe that the best robotics educators are the ones who still get their hands dirty on the engineering bench, this position was built for you.
Why This Role Matters: Dubai is investing massively in robotics, AI, and STEM education as part of its national technology agenda — and companies need engineers who can both build the future and teach others to build it. As a Robotics Instructor and Researcher, you will be doing both simultaneously. Your research will feed directly into real systems. Your training will shape the skills of the next wave of UAE robotics talent. This is a role where your technical depth and your passion for education both matter — and both get used every single day.
