This Senior Quality Team Manager role at Almarai in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia is responsible for maximizing operations business performance by maintaining world-class Business and Quality Management Systems. The role requires formal Internal Auditor qualifications in FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 alongside AIB International Standards certification, backed by 6–8 years of experience in the dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing industry with strong knowledge of production processes, food safety systems, process auditing, quality systems management, and continuous improvement — all supported by excellent English communication and presentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Quality & Business Management Systems
- Maximize operations business performance by maintaining world-class Business and Quality Management Systems across the Al Kharj facility
- Implement and sustain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and AIB International Standards across all relevant manufacturing and quality functions
- Lead quality system auditing and ensure all systems remain audit-ready for internal, external, and regulatory assessments
Food Safety Management & Process Auditing
- Apply strong knowledge of food safety management systems to maintain compliance and protect product integrity across dairy, beverage, and food manufacturing operations
- Lead process auditing activities with a structured approach to identifying non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality, efficiency, and food safety performance across operations
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Communicate quality and food safety performance clearly to operations, management, and external stakeholders in English
- Prepare accurate, well-structured quality reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage internal and external audit relationships and ensure timely closure of non-conformances and improvement actions
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Process Engineering
Certification Requirements
- Formal Internal Auditor qualification in ISO/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001
- Formal AIB International Standards qualification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety systems within dairy or food manufacturing environments
- Strong experience in process auditing, quality systems management, food safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communication & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in English communication — written and verbal — for report writing, stakeholder management, and formal presentations
