Position Overview
This Team Leader role supervises daily operations and workforce allocation across Receiving, Production, and Dispatch areas within a farms operation in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure quality compliance and proper handling of fresh produce, ensure timely movement of produce from receiving to final dispatch, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, and coordinate with teams to ensure daily production and dispatch targets are consistently achieved.
