 Position Overview
This Vehicle Test Operator role involves operating within autonomous vehicles during real-world road testing and operational activities, supporting hardware and software update testing, and conducting routine road-running activities. You will support operational testing and validation, participate in special experience and demonstration sessions, assist with cloud-cabin and connected vehicle testing, and identify and report operational or safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Autonomous Vehicle Operation & Testing
- Operate within autonomous vehicles during real-world road testing and operational activities
- Support hardware and software update testing
- Conduct road testing and routine road-running activities
Validation & Special Sessions
- Support operational testing and autonomous vehicle validation activities
- Participate in special experience and demonstration sessions
- Support VIP vehicle experience activities where required
- Assist with cloud-cabin and connected vehicle testing
Safety & Coordination
- Identify and report operational or safety concerns during vehicle activities
- Follow established safety procedures and operational instructions at all times
- Coordinate with operational and technical teams to ensure testing activities are completed safely
 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive operations, vehicle testing, transportation, fleet operations, or a similar environment is preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong awareness of road safety and safe driving practices
- Comfortable working with new technology and autonomous vehicle systems
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to follow detailed operational and safety procedures
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to remain focused during vehicle operations
