Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Storage
- Responsible for receiving, checking and storing incoming goods
- Ensure goods are inspected accurately before storage placement
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage areas
Order Fulfillment
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time
- Ensure order quality and completeness before dispatch
- Support smooth outbound logistics processes
Inventory & Stock Management
- Carrying out regular stock checks and inventories
- Maintaining and managing stock levels using SAP
- Reporting discrepancies and supporting accurate inventory records
Process Optimization
- Supporting the optimization of warehouse processes
- Participation in CIP projects and adherence to lean methods
- Suggesting improvements to increase warehouse efficiency
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth logistics
- Coordinating with production and shipping teams as needed
- Supporting flexible, team-based warehouse operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification (desirable)
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the warehouse area
- Knowledge in the use of SAP (desirable)
Essential Skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Physical resilience and reliability
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good written and spoken German
