Position Overview
This warehouse supervisor job in Germany is for someone who likes fixing processes, not just running them. You will design better ways to receive, store and ship goods, set up work instructions, and track performance with KPIs. You also help shape health, safety and environment (HSE) standards and keep waste and packaging under control.

 Key Responsibilities
- Design efficient inbound, storage and shipping processes.
- Lead the warehouse team.
- Introduce and improve warehouse standards using Lean methods.

- Drive process improvements in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage waste and packaging processes.
- Work with internal and external partners to improve logistics flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years in warehouse or warehouse management.
- Experience designing and improving warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices and HSE rules.
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Good Excel and good written and spoken English.
- Understanding of continuous improvement.
- A hands-on attitude, initiative and structured teamwork.
