Position Overview
The Team Lead, Warehouse role oversees and coordinates daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards. You will supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff through coaching, training, and support, collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment, and act as a key link between operational staff and management while maintaining a strong focus on service quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead employees and manage planning and staffing needs for daily work processes
- Take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews
- Foster team growth and performance through effective coaching, training, and support
- Cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment
Operations, KPIs & Reporting
- Evaluate data to collect productivity metrics and create reporting
- Actively monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal system processes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Relations
- Report directly to the Inventory Manager and support operational process development
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service Quality
- Actively collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the Warehouse
- Ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a strong focus on service quality, safety, and productivity
- Act as a key link between operational staff and management
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Sound experience in the field of employee management
- Ability to analyze problems, understand details and correlations, and interpret facts in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong ability to act and focus on results, including decision-making and prioritization in complex situations
- Hands-on mentality and high level of commitment
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with confidence and drive
- Willingness to change and self-reflect, analyzing successes and failures to drive improvement
Technical & Language Requirements
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; ERP system knowledge preferred
- Very good English skills (company language) and good German skills
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa)
