Position Overview
This Team Lead Logistics & Warehouse role is responsible for developing and implementing an efficient logistics strategy, leading and developing the warehouse, transport, and disposition areas, and ensuring smooth, cost-optimized, and on-time logistics organization. You will optimize processes across the value chain from goods receipt to shipping, introduce modern logistics and automation solutions, and manage external logistics partners.

- Develop and implement an efficient logistics strategy
- Lead and further develop the warehouse, transport, and disposition areas
- Ensure smooth, cost-optimized, and on-time logistics organization
Process Optimization & Technology
- Optimize processes along the entire value chain, from goods receipt to shipping
- Introduce and further develop modern logistics and automation solutions
- Apply digital affinity and modern IT/ERP systems to drive efficiency
Partner & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage external logistics partners and build long-term, high-performing service relationships
- Work closely with purchasing, production, and sales to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency
Cultural Change Leadership
- Take an active role as a driver of cultural change with focus on performance and digitalization
- Support continuous improvement across logistics structures and processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed training in Logistics, Warehousing, Industry, Trade, or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, disposition, or warehouse operations
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
