Position Overview
As Warehouse Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d) at Tchibo, you independently create phase, work aid, and transport requirement plans, always with foresight and an eye for the big picture. Through targeted process analyses, you maintain an overview and actively contribute your own ideas for continuous optimization, while reliably managing consumables, operating equipment, and loading aids, and planning and controlling the display and central warehouse process.

Planning & Transport Requirements
- Independently create phase, work aid, and transport requirement plans with foresight and a big-picture view
- Plan and control the display and central warehouse process independently and with foresight
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct targeted process analyses to maintain an overview and contribute ideas for continuous optimization
- Actively participate in transport-related optimization projects and provide new impetus
Resource & Data Management
- Reliably manage consumables, operating equipment, and loading aids
- Maintain statistics and process forecasts to create a sound basis for important decisions
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by several years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
Essential Skills
- Conceptual and analytical thinking — recognizing connections and developing smart solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of warehouse management systems is a welcome bonus
- Diligence, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
- Fluent German, written and oral
