Position Overview
This Supply Chain Specialist role focuses on enabling, managing, supporting, and improving the supply chain across business functions within Trilogi’s Non-Food division, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery that positively impacts profitability. You will consolidate orders, manage order books across internal and vendor systems, track shipments and OTB, coordinate customs clearance and logistics documentation, and maintain accurate seasonal data for internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Consolidation
- Consolidate orders from internal and external business units
- Work on the order book and upload data into internal and vendor systems
- Submit and upload orders to vendor brands on time as per business requirements
- Track OTB (Open to Buy) against actual orders
Vendor Coordination & Order Tracking
- Receive order confirmation from vendors and reconcile with internal order books
- Provide order confirmation to internal and external business units
- Track the order book and prepare/update internal trackers manually and via Power BI
- Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems, including PI creation, master files, and pricing
Shipping, Logistics & Vendor Claims
- Liaise with principals/vendors to obtain latest inbound shipping details and regulate container flow
- Coordinate with Principals, shipping, and logistics teams on documentation, customs clearance, and shipment priority
- Coordinate with assigned shipping agents on shipment collection and movements
- Handle excess/shortage claims from principals/vendors and coordinate RTV (return to vendor) processes
- Manage product destruction locally upon request from Principals
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years in supply chain management
- Experience in order management and tracking
- Experience using SAP systems and advanced Excel
