Position Overview
In this supply chain trainee program in Berlin and across Germany, you will follow shifts, rotate through teams and locations, and take on operational responsibility early. You will also learn leadership and use data, key figures and process analysis to drive improvements. Graduate programs with a permanent contract from the first day are rare, which makes this one especially attractive for engineering graduates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Assurance or Production Engineering.
- First practical experience, such as internships, a working student job or technical training.
- Very good German and English, level B2 or higher.
- Willingness to relocate and to travel 75–100% of the time.
Hiring Process
