Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all shipping and export activities
- Prepare export documents and invoicing on time per customer and country requirements
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade terms, customs and preferential trade rules
- Communicate with logistics, sales and freight forwarders and handle complaints
- Keep all parties informed on shipping status
- Select suitable shipping and packaging methods and book freight space
- Monitor air and sea freight documents

Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk
- Initial professional experience in export, freight forwarding or foreign trade is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP GTS and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and team spirit
- Solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
