  • Oversee all soil health programs across the region — including cover crop programs, soil amendments, fumigation planning, and long-term field productivity management strategies aligned with sustainable farming goals
  • Ensure complete field readiness before planting — verifying seed quality, coordinating field preparation activities, and monitoring planting operations to drive uniform crop emergence and early-season establishment
  • Conduct post-season agronomic analysis — reviewing field performance data, drawing evidence-based conclusions, and contributing to continuous improvement of crop planning and agronomy strategy for future seasons

Scouting, Pest Management & Nutrient Programs

  • Lead comprehensive regional scouting programs — establishing consistent observation standards, training scouting teams, and ensuring high-quality field data is captured systematically and accurately throughout the growing season
