Key Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Inbound Operations
- Receive goods from delivery services and freight forwarders using forklifts safely and efficiently
- Conduct thorough incoming goods inspections to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with order documentation
- Store, transfer, and remove goods from storage while entering all transactions accurately into the SAP ERP system
- Support the monitoring and management of continuous inventory levels across the Iffeldorf warehouse facility
Shipping, Loading & Outbound Logistics
- Load trucks for outbound shipments with full adherence to proper load securing regulations and safety standards
- Prepare all outgoing goods for shipping, including accurate documentation and packaging to specification
- Conduct outgoing goods inspections to ensure shipment accuracy and compliance before dispatch
- Transport materials and goods between the Iffeldorf and Penzberg locations safely and on schedule
Order Picking & Production Support
- Pick items accurately for production orders and customer orders in accordance with specified requirements
- Package picked goods correctly and securely to meet both internal quality and customer delivery standards
- Support warehouse and logistics activities within the company’s repair process as operationally required
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment aligned with NAXCON’s operational standards
SAP ERP & Inventory Management
- Process all warehouse inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions accurately within the SAP ERP system
- Monitor inventory levels continuously and report discrepancies or stock concerns to the logistics team promptly
- Apply proficiency in common computer applications to maintain digital accuracy across all warehouse records
- Ensure full compliance with hazardous materials and substances handling protocols across all storage activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification — required for all applicants
- Freight forwarding clerk qualification or equivalent logistics vocational training is accepted as a comparable credential
Experience & Licensing Requirements
- Valid forklift license with solid, demonstrable driving experience in a professional warehouse or logistics environment
- Driver’s license of Class C or higher — required for inter-site transport between Iffeldorf and Penzberg locations
- Experience handling hazardous materials and substances in compliance with applicable German safety regulations
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems — ideally SAP — for accurate and efficient warehouse transaction processing
- Proficiency in common computer applications for daily documentation, reporting, and inventory management tasks
- Fluency in spoken and written German — required; knowledge of English is a welcome additional advantage
