Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Oversee and manage general inbound logistics processes, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods into Campari’s supply chain
  • Maintain strong inventory control standards — monitoring stock levels, discrepancies, and movement accuracy across all relevant locations
  • Manage all SAP inventory transactions accurately, including performing regular and thorough stock reconciliations
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly, collaborating with relevant internal and external partners to maintain data integrity

SAP Processing & Performance Analysis

  • Manage and process all relevant logistics and inventory transactions within SAP with accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct regular quantitative and qualitative analyses of operational logistics performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Enhance and maintain comprehensive logistics KPI reports, providing management with clear and actionable performance insights
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise supplier performance metrics and drive measurable improvements in logistics service levels

Copacking Coordination & Claims Management

  • Manage and coordinate all copacking activities — liaising with contract packers to ensure quality, timing, and specification compliance
  • Handle claims resolution effectively and professionally, including processing in accordance with ADSp regulations where applicable
  • Monitor copacking supplier performance and escalate issues where service levels or quality standards fall below required thresholds
  • Maintain clear documentation of all copacking instructions, outputs, and quality validation records for traceability

Customs Compliance & Contract Negotiation Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities — managing all customs documentation including excise tax requirements
  • Support monthly financial processes related to customs and ensure full compliance with German and EU customs regulations
  • Prepare detailed, data-backed materials to support negotiations with contract logistics service providers
  • Collaborate with external logistics providers to manage and maintain contractual compliance and service level delivery

Process Improvement & External Provider Management

  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives with a clear focus on enhancing efficiency, customer needs, and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with and oversee external logistics service providers, ensuring they consistently meet Campari’s service and quality standards
  • Identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and propose practical, evidence-based solutions to management and team leads
  • Support the development of a proactive, customer-oriented logistics culture aligned with Campari Group’s global operational standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on logistics — or completed commercial education with additional logistics training
  • Relevant qualifications such as Fachwirt Güterverkehr und Logistik, Logistiksysteme, or equivalent certifications are a strong advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum three years of professional hands-on experience in a logistics, supply chain, or sourcing specialist role
  • Proven SAP experience in logistics or supply chain operations — comfortable with inventory transactions and reconciliations
  • Demonstrated experience in customs compliance, excise documentation, or logistics contract management is highly advantageous
