Position Overview
The (Senior) Supply Chain Coordinator at CCV in Au in der Hallertau is a dynamic, cross-functional role at the intersection of logistics, sales, manufacturing, and partner services. You will be responsible for creating and managing demand forecasts, ensuring consistent product availability, coordinating orders across internal departments, and optimizing the flow of materials throughout the supply chain. Acting as a critical interface between sales, purchasing, logistics, and partner service, you will also support management with regular reporting and contribute to logistics projects that drive operational improvement. Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting & Product Availability
- Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on current delivery schedules, order pipelines, and sales trends
- Ensure consistent product availability across the supply chain while carefully accounting for current order volumes and lead times
- Monitor inventory levels proactively and flag risks to availability before they impact operations or customer commitments
Order Coordination & Supply Chain Optimization
- Coordinate order management with sales, partner service, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure seamless execution
- Optimize order planning and supply chain control processes to reduce inefficiencies, lead times, and operational costs
- Act as the key interface between sales, purchasing, logistics, and partner service — translating business needs into actionable supply plans
Logistics Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate actively in logistics projects and lead or support the implementation of operational optimization measures
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop practical solutions to improve throughput and service levels
- Support the team in adopting new tools, systems, and processes that advance supply chain performance at CCV
Sales Support & Contract Negotiations
- Support the sales team with materials management insights and supply chain input during contract negotiations with new customers
- Provide reliable availability data and lead time estimates to enable sales to make accurate commitments to clients and partners
Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly supply chain and logistics reports for senior management review
- Support the Team Manager Logistics DE in day-to-day operational tasks, escalations, and cross-departmental coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all supply chain activities to ensure data integrity and transparency
Profile & Requirements
- Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification (required)
- Experience: Initial to solid professional experience in materials management, order control, or supply chain coordination
- German Language: Fluent German is mandatory for this role — essential for internal communication and supplier coordination
- English Language: Very good English skills required for international team collaboration within the Fiserv network
- Excel & Office: Excellent command of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills for reporting and forecasting
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams
- Organization: Outstanding organizational talent with the assertiveness to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
