Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of food establishments — including restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, and food processing plants — to assess compliance with local and federal food safety regulations

- Identify, document, and report violations of food safety standards, and recommend practical corrective actions to bring establishments into full compliance
Enforcement of Regulations
- Enforce food safety laws and regulations by issuing formal warnings, citations, fines, or closure orders to non-compliant food establishments
- Monitor the status of food handling permits, licenses, and safety certifications to ensure all establishments operate within legal requirements
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, Dubai Municipality, and legal authorities as required during enforcement proceedings
Investigation & Resolution

Qualifications & Requirements
