Position Overview

This Sr. Specialist Retail Media Insight role drives performance excellence and revenue optimization across all talabat markets by conducting deep performance analysis and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You will elevate campaign effectiveness, partner value, and revenue growth at scale, develop optimization frameworks, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and manage the performance of local teams while pinpointing areas of improvement that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Insights & Optimization

  • Provide regional insights to local Retail Media Leads & regional partnerships teams
  • Detect early risks of under-delivery on revenue targets and recommend optimization strategies
  • Identify monetization gaps, revenue leakage, pacing issues, and inventory underutilization
  • Develop structured deep-dive diagnostics with prioritized action plans for markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Drive test-and-learn initiatives and collaborate with Product & Tech teams to pilot new solutions
  • Troubleshoot cross-market campaign issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
  • Produce regional post-campaign reviews and insights for advertisers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive prioritization and accountability across multiple stakeholders

Reporting, Measurement & Forecasting

  • Standardize measurement frameworks across markets
  • Utilize predictive modeling and segmentation analysis to forecast performance and growth cohorts
  • Build and maintain regional dashboards tracking revenue, delivery health, and partner performance
  • Create executive-ready summaries translating complex data into clear business actions
  • Ensure KPI definitions and reporting standards are aligned regionally and centrally
  • Build execution roadmaps with markets around highest-impact opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, retail media, digital advertising, or e-commerce
  • Expertise in retail media platforms, programmatic buying, attribution models, and optimization levers
  • Experience in FMCG and/or multi-market environments preferred

Essential Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Persuasive communicator able to present to senior stakeholders across markets
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional and cross-country team experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and project prioritization skills
  • Fluent English required; Arabic language proficiency preferred
