Position Overview
This Emirati National Engineer role supports coastal, marine, and structural engineering design projects within ATM’s Dubai office. You will assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools, prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals, conduct data input and analysis including maps, tables, and figures, and interact closely with engineers, administrative staff, CADD operators, contractors, and construction personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Support & Calculations
- Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools
- Support coastal, marine, and structural engineering design projects
- Conduct data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures
Technical Writing & Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, and specifications
- Support the development of proposals and project documentation
- Maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized technical records
Coordination & Communication
- Follow instructions and interact with engineers and office administrative staff
- Coordinate with CADD operators (draftsmen), contractors, and construction personnel
- Support effective communication across multidisciplinary project teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Coastal, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Science, or related subject
- Advanced degree in a related field is preferred
Eligibility Requirements
- UAE National status is required
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MatLab, AutoCAD, and numerical marine modeling software
