Position Overview
This ELV Engineer role installs, configures, commissions, and troubleshoots a full range of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, time attendance, video intercom, gate barriers, and structured cabling. You will manage SIRA documentation and compliance, perform Video Guard verification, configure ANPR cameras and IP-based security systems, read and interpret technical drawings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, Commissioning & Troubleshooting
- Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot ELV systems
- Handle CCTV, access control, time attendance, video intercom, gate barriers, structured cabling, and networking systems
- Configure and commission ANPR cameras and other IP-based security systems
- Perform Video Guard verification and system testing
SIRA Compliance & Documentation
- Manage SIRA-related documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field (Mandatory)
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant ELV experience, UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- SIRA Engineer/Technician Card preferred, or willingness to obtain SIRA certification
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of SIRA regulations and security system standards
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills
- Basic IT and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, IP Addressing, Switching, Routing, Windows, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs) is an added advantage
