Position Overview

The Global Supply Chain Analyst at Wolt in Berlin sits at the heart of data-driven decision-making for Wolt Market’s supply chain operations across 22 countries. You will own the analytics roadmap for the Global Supply Chain team — translating strategic priorities into reports, dashboards, and data products that power decisions across regional leads and local teams worldwide. Partnering closely with the Analytics Engineering team, you will ensure supply chain data is modelled, accessible, and reliable, generate actionable insights on availability risks and vendor performance before they escalate, and serve as the go-to data champion for the entire global SCM community. This role demands a SQL-fluent, BI-tool-proficient, and AI-curious data professional who brings true ownership, sharp communication skills, and the ability to translate complex multi-country supply chain data into clear, operational impact.

Why This Role Matters: As Global Supply Chain Analyst at Wolt Market, your dashboards and insights directly determine whether products are available to millions of consumers across 22 countries on any given day. You will build the reporting infrastructure that gives a global SCM team real-time visibility into performance, surface availability risks and vendor issues before they become operational crises, partner with Analytics Engineering to shape the data architecture that underpins supply chain decision-making at scale, lead Wolt Market’s integration of AI tools into supply chain analytics, and build one of the most impactful analyst careers available in Europe’s quick commerce market right now — based in Berlin.

 Key Responsibilities

Analytics Roadmap Ownership & Data Strategy

  • Own the analytics roadmap for the Global Supply Chain team — translating strategic SCM priorities into actionable reports, dashboards, and scalable data products
  • Drive decision-making across 22 countries by ensuring the right supply chain data is always available, reliable, and clearly presented to regional and local SCM teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of Wolt Market’s end-to-end data architecture — ensuring supply chain data is accurate, well-documented, and consistently applied
  • Stay at the forefront of AI tool integration within the Supply Chain function — using AI to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and generate faster insights from large datasets

Dashboard Development & Reporting Frameworks

  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the global SCM community a clear, real-time view of supply chain performance across all markets
  • Work with BI tools including Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to produce visual analytics that make complex multi-country supply chain data immediately understandable
  • Ensure all reporting infrastructure is scalable, maintainable, and designed to grow with Wolt Market’s rapidly expanding international operations
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Supply Chain and Analytics Engineering teams — ensuring the right data is modelled, accessible, and structurally sound

Insight Generation & Performance Gap Analysis

  • Generate actionable insights from complex supply chain datasets — proactively identifying availability risks, vendor performance trends, and operational inefficiencies before they escalate
  • Partner closely with regional leads to interpret data and translate insights into concrete operational improvements that measurably drive product availability
  • Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs across all 22 markets — surfacing performance gaps with clear root cause identification and data-backed recommendations
  • Support process improvement and system initiatives that define how Wolt Market Supply Chain operates at scale across its international grocery platform

Data Champion & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the data champion for the entire Supply Chain community — the go-to expert for data queries, metric definitions, and analytical requests from regional leads and local teams
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and broader data teams to shape data infrastructure and pipelines — contributing to the data layer, not just consuming from it
  • Communicate data findings and supply chain insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different markets and geographies
  • Support regional and local teams in developing their own data literacy and analytical capability through knowledge sharing and structured guidance

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of solid professional experience in analytics, reporting, and data visualisation — with a strong track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment independently and with high output quality
  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, grocery delivery, or retail supply chain environments is a strong plus for this Wolt Market role

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing and optimising queries against large supply chain datasets without assistance
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
  • Working knowledge of and genuine curiosity for AI tools — whether for accelerating analysis, automating repetitive reporting, or extracting faster insights from large data volumes
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of a complex operational domain and rapidly become the resident expert on its data architecture and metrics

Soft Skills

  • True ownership mindset — proactively identifying what the team needs to know without waiting to be asked, and taking full accountability for analytical output quality
  • Excellent communication skills in English — ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical engineers and non-technical business stakeholders across different global markets
  • Collaborative by nature — confident partnering with Engineering and Analytics teams to shape data infrastructure, not merely consume it
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the resilience to thrive in Wolt’s fast-moving, high-growth, and genuinely challenging environment

  • 50 million+ consumers using the Wolt platform across 30 countries and 500+ cities
  • Joint operations with DoorDash — building a global leader in the delivery industry together
  • Your dashboards inform availability decisions across millions of daily customer orders
