The Integrated Logistics Operations Supervisor in Düsseldorf is a broad, commercially active logistics management role covering the full supply chain from supplier through to end customer. Supplier & Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers, warehouses, transportation providers, and business partners across the logistics network

  • Review supplier costs, maintain accurate system records, and coordinate payment processes — ensuring supplier financial management is timely, accurate, and well-documented

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
  • Additional certifications in freight forwarding, customs, or supply chain management are a professional advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, or operational logistics management
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end logistics operations — including transportation coordination, customs clearance, and documentation management for international shipments
  • Experience working in a Chinese-European trade, import/export, or international freight forwarding environment is highly preferred and strongly advantageous

Technical Skills
