Position Overview
As Outlet Team Leader (Bar Team Leader), you will oversee the day-to-day operation of Hidden Bar, supporting team performance, beverage quality, inventory management, and revenue growth. You will act as a brand ambassador for the venue, using your expertise in gin and premium beverages to create engaging guest experiences while developing the knowledge and confidence of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Bar Operations & Guest Experience
- Lead the Hidden Bar team during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with Rosewood and LQA standards
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, team performance, and beverage quality
Revenue Growth & Beverage Sales
- Drive beverage sales through expert recommendations, upselling opportunities, and promotion of gin, spirits, and digestifs
- Support beverage menu development, promotions, and revenue initiatives with the Assistant Beverage Manager
Guest Relationships & Loyalty
- Build strong relationships with guests and develop programs that encourage loyalty and repeat visits
Inventory & Operational Efficiency
- Manage inventory, stock control, spoilage monitoring, and beverage requisitions
Training & Team Development
- Deliver gin and spirits education sessions for bar and front-of-house teams in partnership with suppliers
- Coach and develop team members, building their knowledge and confidence
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Leadership experience within a premium bar, luxury hotel, or upscale beverage-focused venue
- Experience managing inventory, beverage costs, and operational standards
Essential Skills
- Passion for gin, spirits, mixology, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong team leadership skills with enjoyment of coaching and developing others
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and current beverage industry trends
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages and beverage certifications are an advantage
