Position Overview
This Logistics Associate role supports C.H. Robinson’s newly established 4PL team in Dubai. You will help manage day-to-day logistics activities, maintain accurate transportation data, resolve shipment exceptions, and collaborate closely with customers and partners. Core duties include booking transportation loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS), scheduling delivery appointments, conducting systems training for external parties, and contributing to projects that use C.H. Robinson’s project-based delivery model.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation Arrangement
- Provide timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests
- Book transportation loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Monitor team mailboxes and resolve simple exceptions to pre-defined processes
- Schedule delivery appointments with receivers
TMS & Systems Management
- Make necessary changes as requested by the customer within the TMS
- Manually build and create new transportation loads within the TMS
- Conduct systems training for external parties
- Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified
Reporting & Project Support
- Run, format, or distribute reports to appropriate internal or external parties
- Contribute to projects using the C.H. Robinson project-based delivery model
- Support other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the team or country-specific requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
- Willingness to work a Sunday to Thursday workweek
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak Arabic (reading and writing not required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Solid understanding of information systems
- Friendly and articulate phone demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and problem-solve quickly
