Position Overview
This Business Analyst role at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is built for a technically skilled professional who can implement, configure, and ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and related WMS tools. You will lead customer-facing WMS and integration projects across the IMEA region, develop and test EDI and REST API interfaces using platforms like Lobster_Data, design operational documents and labels via BarTender and Jasper, build live dashboards using Power BI and SQL, and deliver end-user training that upskills key users and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
WMS Implementation & Compliance
- Implement, configure, and ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400)
- Manage related WMS tools to support smooth warehouse operations
- Lead customer-facing WMS and integration projects across the IMEA region
- Ensure system configurations align with operational and customer requirements
EDI & API Development
- Develop and test EDI and REST API interfaces using platforms like Lobster_Data
- Support customer integration projects with reliable, well-documented interfaces
- Troubleshoot and optimize data integration workflows across systems
- Apply programming skills, including Python, to streamline integration processes
Reporting & Documentation
- Design and configure operational documents and labels via BarTender and Jasper
- Create live operational dashboards using Power BI and SQL databases
- Create detailed user requirement specifications and training documentation
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for ongoing WMS projects
Customer Engagement & Training
- Conduct IT workshops with customers to gather requirements and understand systems in depth
- Deliver end-user training and upskill key users and operational teams
- Build strong working relationships with customers across the IMEA region
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in API/EDI/customer integration, ideally in logistics
- Expert-level knowledge of WMS, preferably LFS AS400
- Strong experience with data integration platforms, EDI, and REST API development
Essential Skills
- Skilled in SQL and data visualization using Power BI
- Experience with programming languages like Python
- Experience with MS Power Platform
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- R&D mindset with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
