This role maps current-state operational workflows, leverages data analysis and on-site observations to identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives, and leads continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies.

Lean Initiatives & KPI Development
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the direct financial and operational impact of improvement projects
Standardization & Documentation
- Architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and operational policies to sustain improvement outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change management and new process plans
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies and innovative operational solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement is a plus
- Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion
- Good spoken and written English skills preferred
