Position Overview
This Waiter / Waitress role at tashas Sharjah involves delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu with confident recommendations, take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver orders promptly, anticipate guest needs, and handle enquiries and payments with professionalism and care.

- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression from arrival
- Guide guests through the menu, confidently offering recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly to kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver orders promptly, anticipate guest needs, and present bills and process payments accurately
Service Excellence
- Uphold the service standards that define the tashas experience
- Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean, and set according to brand standards
- Clear, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment throughout service
Teamwork & Culture
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
- Support new team members and contribute to a positive onboarding experience
- Participate actively in daily briefings and team communication
Quality, Brand Standards & Compliance
- Maintain a strong understanding of menus, products, and service philosophy

Experience Requirements
