Position Overview
This Aircraft Maintenance Engineer role conducts routine inspections, scheduled maintenance checks, line and base maintenance, and functional testing on aircraft and associated systems. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, structural, and avionics faults, perform repairs and modifications per approved technical data, complete accurate maintenance records and certification documentation, coordinate with pilots, maintenance controllers, and quality teams, and support aircraft modifications, overhauls, and major maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Maintenance Execution
- Conduct routine inspections, scheduled maintenance checks, line and base maintenance
- Perform component replacement, functional testing, and corrective maintenance
- Inspect airframes, engines, landing gear, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and electrical systems
Fault Diagnosis & Repair
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, structural, and avionics faults
- Perform repairs, modifications, component replacements, and system tests per approved technical data
- Interpret maintenance manuals, engineering instructions, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with manufacturer requirements, regulations, and airworthiness standards
- Complete accurate maintenance records, technical logs, inspection reports, and certification documentation
- Identify aircraft defects and determine appropriate corrective actions
Coordination & Operational Support

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, or related discipline
Licensing Requirements
- Appropriate aircraft maintenance licence or certification recognized by the applicable aviation authority (EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, or equivalent)
