Position Overview
This Civil Foreman role supervises and leads civil maintenance teams in carrying out daily repair, refurbishment, and improvement works across Al Saqer Property Management’s portfolio. You will oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry, and painting activities; inspect facilities for defects including cracks, leaks, and structural wear; ensure corrective maintenance is completed promptly; plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials; conduct safety briefings; and submit periodic maintenance status reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Daily Maintenance
- Supervise and lead civil maintenance teams in carrying out daily repair, refurbishment, and improvement works
- Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry, and painting activities across facilities
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to standards, approved drawings, and maintenance plans
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials based on daily maintenance requirements
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls, and external areas
- Inspect facilities to identify defects such as cracks, leaks, and structural wear
- Ensure corrective maintenance and repair works are completed promptly and efficiently
- Follow up on required maintenance works for existing buildings and submit periodic maintenance status reports
Safety, Quality & Reporting
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all civil activities meet company quality and safety standards
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of building structures, finishing works, and civil repair techniques
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and PPE requirements for civil maintenance environments
