Position Overview
This Data Analyst role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Sokin’s business. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools, translate business requirements into analytical outputs that identify trends, collaborate with engineering on data availability, and present findings clearly to stakeholders — turning insights into action while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Dashboards, Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
- Develop a KPI performance tracking framework across product verticals
- Translate business requirements into analytical outputs to identify trends and support decision-making
Collaboration & Data Governance
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure data availability and accessibility for new and existing features
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders, turning insights into action
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are maintained
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
- 3+ years of experience in Sales (additional requirement specified by employer)
Essential Skills
- Experience with Snowflake or similar, with the ability to query using SQL or Python
- Experience using BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with analytic tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management, from delivery teams to C-suite

- Experience in Fintech or a B2B company is beneficia
