Position Overview
This Demolition Project Manager role plans, schedules, and manages end-to-end demolition projects from mobilization through site handover, coordinating equipment deployment including cranes, transporters, and excavators. You will develop and enforce HSE protocols compliant with ADNOC and UAE regulations, liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure scope and budget adherence, conduct site risk assessments and manage method statements, supervise site supervisors and equipment operators, monitor project costs and resource allocation, and secure all permits and regulatory documentation.

- Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end demolition projects from mobilization through site handover

- Develop and enforce HSE protocols in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulatory standards
- Conduct site risk assessments and manage method statements for demolition activities
- Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory documentation are secured and maintained
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence
- Supervise site supervisors, equipment operators, and support crews
Cost Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project costs, resource allocation, and equipment utilization
- Report project progress, risks, and KPIs to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demolition project management, preferably in oil & gas, industrial, or heavy civil sectors
- Proven track record managing large-scale demolition and heavy equipment logistics projects
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC compliance standards
- Experience working with heavy lifting, heavy transport, and earth-moving equipment
Essential Skills & Certifications
- Excellent leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred; NEBOSH/IOSH certification is a plus
