Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Field Execution
- Supervise all electrical construction, maintenance, modification, and commissioning activities within nuclear facilities
- Coordinate daily work assignments for electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient field execution
- Ensure all work is performed strictly according to approved drawings, procedures, specifications, and work packages
- Monitor project schedules, manpower utilization, and field productivity to maintain delivery timelines
Nuclear Safety & Quality Compliance
- Ensure all electrical activities comply fully with nuclear quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of nuclear safety culture across all supervised field activities
- Identify, report, and resolve safety concerns, non-conformances, or deviations from approved procedures immediately
- Support quality assurance and quality control processes for all electrical installations and systems
Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting
- Lead and oversee electrical testing and commissioning activities for nuclear facility systems and equipment
- Perform and supervise troubleshooting of electrical faults, equipment failures, and system anomalies
- Ensure all test results are accurately documented and reviewed against acceptance criteria
- Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness checks with engineering and operations teams
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Coordinate closely with engineering and quality departments to resolve technical issues and manage field change requests
- Liaise with project management teams to support overall project delivery milestones and reporting
- Communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and safety departments
Documentation & Reporting
