Position Overview

You’ll work with smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and innovative technology that keeps goods moving worldwide, driving process excellence and leading Lean initiatives across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation operations.
Why This Role Matters: As Lean Improvement Specialist, you map current-state operational workflows and leverage data analysis alongside on-site observations to identify cost-saving initiatives, spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies, develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the financial and operational impact of your improvement projects, architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and operational policies to sustain improvement outcomes, partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change management, and stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies to elevate logistics capabilities.

Process Excellence & Lean Initiatives
- Map current-state operational workflows and identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects using standard Lean methodologies
KPI Development & Standardization
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate project impact
- Architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPs
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good spoken and written English skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement
