Position Overview
As Shift In Charge – AFR Handling, you will manage and support warehouse and ground operations under general supervision, handling receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials, finished goods and tools. The role covers equipment operation, shipment verification, inventory record-keeping, and resolving day-to-day issues that come up on a busy air freight floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute warehouse and ground operations for movement, storage and inventory control
- Receive, handle, store, record and dispatch materials, finished goods and tools
- Operate forklifts, scanners and other equipment for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect received items for damage or defects and verify against shipment records
- Sort, label and store goods to optimize warehouse space
- Perform order fulfilment, packing and consolidation for shipments and transshipment
- Arrange pick-up schedules and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records
- Resolve shipment exceptions, scanning errors and customer service tracking requests
- Support and train less experienced team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Vocational, specialized, technical or certification-level qualification
- Experience: More than 2 years in warehouse or ground operations
- Skills: Equipment operation, inventory systems and documentation accuracy
- Attitude: Reliable under limited supervision, able to guide junior staff
