Position Overview
This Junior Engineer role supports the execution of electrical and instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will process orders with CRM and process control teams, prepare and track technical documentation, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and support installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities
Order & Documentation Coordination
- Process orders in collaboration with CRM and process control teams
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on GAD, critical documents, and technical files
- Track purchase orders, material schedules, and invoice releases
Project & Site Support
- Assist in executing electrical and instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and datasheets
- Coordinate with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors
Testing, Quality & HSE Compliance
- Support installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of systems
- Attend SAT and quality inspections to confirm product compliance
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, client, and company quality and HSE standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
Experience
- Fresh graduate or 1-3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with IEC, NEC, ISA, and ADNOC standards preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
