Position Overview
This Warehouse, Logistics & Supply Chain Lead role at DEHN manages end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier shipment through customer delivery, acts as the primary contact for the outsourced warehouse provider, coordinates inbound and outbound transportation, manages import/export activities and customs documentation across UAE and GCC regulations, maintains inventory accuracy across outsourced warehouse locations, and develops supply chain KPIs and management reports to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier shipment through customer delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, headquarters, customers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
- Monitor inventory levels, develop replenishment plans, and forecast stock requirements
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and drive continuous cost and service improvements
Third-Party Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Act as primary contact for the outsourced warehouse provider and monitor SLA performance
- Conduct business reviews, monitor warehouse KPIs, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
- Ensure SAP inventory records align with physical stock and investigate variances
Logistics, Transportation & Customs Compliance
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across air, sea, and land
- Negotiate transportation rates and manage logistics providers and customs brokers
- Manage import/export activities and documentation, including AWB, BL, and customs declarations
- Support duty and tax optimization initiatives where applicable
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards
- Prepare management reports on inventory, fulfillment, logistics costs, and delivery performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management
- Experience managing import/export operations in the UAE and GCC region
- Experience managing outsourced warehouse (3PL) operations and logistics providers
- 1+ years of work experience with data import/export
Essential Skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
